Shipping :

We will ship your products within 3 business days after payment cleared. All of the products will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, unless otherwise stated for some special orders or custom made products. For bulk purchasers (20 pcs and above), please contact us via email before placing your order.

There is no minimum order.

Free Shipping :

We offer Free Shipping for all orders for Malaysia customers only. Please add USD 45 for International Shipping (Outside Malaysia).

Shipping Time :

5 - 8 working days to customers in Malaysia. We do ship worldwide and shipping time will be 10-15 days.

Processing time differs from category to category. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare, check and package your goods.

Shipping Methods :

We ship via Pos Laju, EMS, Fedex or DHL with tracking numbers. For bulk purchasers (20 pcs and above), please contact us via email before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds :

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return it within 3 days after your acceptance. You will have to ship the package back to us and we will either replace or refund you as soon as we receive it.

Remind under the below conditions :

- The product must not be worn, damaged, scratched or tampered : it must be in original        
  condition.

- The item has to be shipped within 3 days after delivery arrival when the customer informed us 
  (From the date when the customer sign for). We do not provide refund after the due date.

- Customer will be responsible for ALL return shipping costs. We recommend that you insure 
  the package to avoid lost or damage to the package.

- There will be a 10% restocking fees for all products.

- All returns: please contact us before return the goods to avoid unnecessary costs.
